Property Individual under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002

Use this form to apply for an Individual Property licence. An individual property licence lets you work as an agent in:

Real Estate
Real Estate - Business Broking
Real Estate - On-Site Residential Property Manager
Real Estate - Sales or Leasing
Strata Management
Stock and Station

If eligible, you can also add an auctioneer accreditation to your licence.

To be eligible to proceed with application:

You must be 18 years or older

Have completed the relevant qualification/s

Have completed work experience requirements

The principal place of business must be either in NSW or within 50km of the border of NSW.

Attachments you may need:

2 forms of identification
Copy of your qualification certificate/s and transcripts
Completed and signed Evidence of work experience logbook
The details of your previous licence or certificate of registration (if applicable)
Or Mutual recognition applicants

Copy of your mutually recognised licence front and back (must be current)
Completed Notification to Local Registration Authority

Notification of Partnership Particulars if operating as a partnership
Licensee-in-Charge Details for each place of business

Do not apply online if adding category please complete the application form
