Use this form to apply for a Property Corporation licence under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002.
To be eligible to proceed with application:
- The person applying must be either a director or company secretary.
- At least one director must have an individual property licence.
- The principal place of business must be either in NSW or within 50km of the border of NSW.
